only renting out our villa to help cover our running costs. Please
remember to compare like for like, our villa has many more extras than you
will find in a lot of similar villas in Florida.

We are also in contact with several other owners on Indian Creek, if our villa is
already booked for your required dates we may still be
able to help you find another villa so please ask.
How To Make A Booking
To check if your required dates are available please contact us. We will provisionally reserve the dates for no longer than 7
days to allow you time to print out and fill in our booking form and return it along
with a signed copy of our terms and conditions and a deposit of £100.00 / $200.00 per week. If we do not receive the
completed booking form and
deposit within 7 days we will place the dates back on the calendar.
Payment can be made in either UK£ or US$ by
cheque, electronic transfer and all major credit cards via Paypal - note that Paypal
payments are subject to a 4% surcharge.
