All About Our Villa -
The Gables
The villa is at a Premier location called Indian Creek, we have taken great care in decorating & furnishing the home to a very high standard, it is set in a peaceful, quiet rural complex & Indian Creek has it's own children's play area, putting green & sports area, also for those energetic souls there is a jogging circuit around one of the lakes.
Indian Creek is an ideal base, not just because of the fantastic properties built by one of Florida’s leading builders but also due to its superb location. It is virtually on Disney’s doorstep - you just can’t get much closer than this! And being only about 20 minutes away from Universal Studios, Sea World & WET "n" WILD water park on International Drive & especially for the serious shoppers amongst you, about 15 mins from world famous Designer Outlets!

A spacious open plan Family Room overlooks the Pool area; this room has upgraded furnishings for your comfort. Complimented by a large screen TV
with numerous cable channels, DVD player, Music Centre, and an
XBOX game station. There is a varied selection of DVDs, CDs, Books
and popular Board Games for your further enjoyment.
Please note our villa is a NO SMOKING VILLA

The large Kitchen is open plan with a breakfast table and 4 chairs, set to the side we have placed an elegant dining table for those more formal dining occasions, with settings for 6 people, we have complemented the fully fitted kitchen with a Dishwasher, cooker, Microwave, Fridge / Freezer with built in
ice maker, toaster, coffee maker etc, in fact everything you are likely to need.
For peace of mind there is a Fire Extinguisher and a First Aid Kit.

The Master bedroom, has a sumptuous en-suite with large double shower,
King-size Heart shaped corner bath & "his & hers" wash basins,
Cable TV & DVD, phone & French doors which look onto the extended sun deck area which surrounds the large 30 ft heated* pool. (*optional payment)
A large Dresser with Mirror, Hairdryers and Alarm Clock.
Large walk-in Wardrobes have ample hanging space.

The 2nd Master bedroom also has a full en-suite with bath & shower, Cable TV, VCR & Radio, with walk-in wardrobes All our rooms are furnished to a very high standard All rooms come complete with fresh bed linen, towels for use internally and for use round the pool area or beach.

Triple bed Children’s room |

The final bedroom has a Triple bunk bed, with a double bed at the bottom & a single bed on top, this is great for the children!, in here the kids have their very own Cable TV, DVD player & VCR, they can choose their own films, Cable TV Channels or play on the Xbox game console, next to this is the 3rd bathroom offering full bath, shower, vanity unit and WC.

The sundeck area has been extended in length and width, for your added comfort you can relax in the sunshine on one of the 6 soft sun lounges. For the children's safety all the doors have exit alarms on them & if needed there can be a pool safety fence erected during your stay for any very young children. |

You can just relax after your early morning dip in the heated pool* and then have breakfast sat by the pool, in the mornings you can sit & watch the sun rise to the East as the Hot Air balloons come over!

Only minutes from the villa is a lovely children’s play area and to the right are the sports courts and putting greens. Indian Creek also has a jogging track and a nice conservation area to view the wildlife.
